How

Search home files and safes for the original will and any codicil. Phone any solicitor whose name appears in their papers or bank payments. Contact the Public Trustee, since many Australians made a will there and never mentioned it. If no will is found, the estate is distributed under the intestacy rules of the relevant state or territory.
