How

Contact the hospice that cared for them, since hospice bereavement services are usually free and open for about a year, whether or not you used hospice. Check whether your employer has an employee assistance program, which typically includes several free counseling sessions. Look for a local GriefShare or bereavement support group, since talking to people in the same position helps in a way advice does not. Tell your own doctor you are bereaved, particularly if sleep, appetite, or concentration are badly affected.
