Any Department of Home Affairs office. An antenuptial contract comes from the attorney who drafted it or the Deeds Office.
How
Look for the original certificate and any antenuptial contract in their filing and safe.
Apply at Home Affairs for a certified copy if the original is missing.
For the marital regime, ask the Deeds Office or a conveyancer to trace the antenuptial contract, they are registered there.
Give both documents to the Master, the marital regime determines how the estate is divided.
