Your local licensing department or registering authority, which can reprint the registration certificate.
How
Look for the registration certificate in the car, a home file, or with the finance house if the vehicle is financed.
If it is financed, the bank holds the papers until the account is settled, phone them.
Apply at the licensing department for a duplicate registration certificate if the original is missing.
Keep the licence disc renewed while the estate is being wound up.
