Where

How
List their accounts, working from their email inbox, their phone's installed apps, and any subscriptions on their statements.
Decide per account whether to memorialise, download the data, or close it, and note that closure is usually irreversible.
Download photographs and documents before requesting closure, since the data goes with the account.
Cancel paid subscriptions, and check for stored balances or credits that belong to the estate.
